When a Utah woman took a position as an office manager a few years ago, she probably didn't imagine that her supervisor would attempt to give her a clothing schedule, detailing what she should wear day-to-day. Unfortunately, she says, it was just one small piece of the harassment puzzle.

The woman filed federal sexual harassment lawsuit against the owner of Lone Peak Controls and D&L Electric Control Company in the U.S. District Court recently.

The 44-year-old woman, who reportedly worked as an office manager beginning in September 2007, says her supervisor gave her a schedule that included "Wet T-shirt Wednesday" and "No Bra Thursday." He allegedly commented on her breasts repeatedly, both when he was alone with her and with other employees.

She claims he made sexual solicitations and overtures in several instances. He apparently asked her to show him her breasts; requested oral sex from her on several occasions; and suggested they could shower together if he installed a shower in the office.

It gets even more bizarre and insulting. He apparently sprayed a fragrance around the office in an apparent attempt to "arouse women," according to the Salt Lake Tribune. He also offered to give her a recipe for "sex cake" and suggested he would give her a free mammogram.

There was physical contact and harassment as well, the woman says. She says he slapped her buttocks at least twice.

Reports did not indicate the woman or her supervisor's current state of employment, or what form of damages she is seeking.
